Objectives:

To provide valuable information useful for several important components of pest management for new and emerging pest organisms including: i) detection of new and emerging pest species, both insect and disease ii) characterization of existing pest species populations and their effects on production iii) weather data to develop infestation and developmental models to facilitate control decisions/options, and iv) extension and awareness initiatives.
